Doing an inventory on everything on the sailboat and then deciding what is salvageable and what is not. We soon realize that less is salvageable than we hoped.


We bought this sailboat on the cheap. We were expecting there were going to be things that we needed to fix. My anticipation of projects far underestimated what we were going to have to do to make this boat seaworthy again. Here are a few pictures of what the boat looked like when we first stepped in.
