Sailing Vessel Titania
Titania is a 38 foot Sparkman and Steven designed IOR era racer-cruiser built by Hughes Boat Works in 1978. Famously, it's sister boat 'Wild Card' was owned and sailed a couple of times around this blue marble by Fatty Goodlander, a Cruising World contributor. Because of it's fine ends, the boat handles windward like a workhorse and is easily driven making her an excellent candidate for electric conversion. Down below she has everything a couple needs to live for long stretches of time.

I grew up near Raleigh, North Carolina. Although I went to school pursuing mechanical engineering I ended up working in film studios in New York the first part of my work life. But I have waited tables, janitorial, construction, retail, and delivery. Later on, I explored entrepreneurship and started a couple of successful businesses. I love hiking, camping, traveling, eating new dishes, meeting new people and making friends.

Born in Indiana, I spent my early teens in Southern California before finally settling in North Carolina in 2008. I'm the planner and organizer—I meticulously create binders for trips and projects to keep everything tidy. I love to work, but when I’m not, you can find me on the couch reading or outdoors, backpacking or trail running. I also dabble in arts and crafts, photography, and cooking, though I’m a master of none.
